Welcome to the LSUID Web site! This site provides documentation pertaining to Louisiana State University Identification Numbers (LSUID). Whether you are a student, faculty or staff member, or an analyst that has worked to replace SSNs in University computer systems, information on the University’s LSUID project that is likely to affect you is available on this Web site.

All students, faculty and staff have been assigned LSUIDs.
The Office of the University Registrar has worked with colleges, departments, and other units to convert files containing SSNs to LSUIDs.
Informational meetings have been held detailing the proper maintenance and usage of SSNs and LSUIDs for faculty and staff.
