Welcome Parents!
The years your student spends at Louisiana State University will likely be the most growth-filled and rewarding years of his or her life. As parents, you will share with your student the achievements, frustrations, and challenges that come with this experience.
You will also need some support during your student’s college career, and that is why the LSU Family Association exists. It is our mission to provide resources, information, and opportunities for parents to become partners with the university in the educational experience of their students. This website was created so that we can:
- Provide information about university activities and services for parents.
- Assist parents in solving problems that they or their students encounter at LSU.
- Promote parent participation in campus activities and use of the campus facilities.
- Provide opportunities for parents to socialize with one another.
The information on our website will help you learn about the Family Association and what we have to offer you as very important members of the Louisiana State University family.
