International Resources at LSU > Committee on International Studies and Programs

The Committee on International Studies and Programs was established in order better to facilitate exchange of information and coordination of international curricular efforts and programs, including study abroad. Although it is housed in the College of Arts and Sciences, it is made up of representatives from the major colleges and schools across the campus.
CISP MISSION

  • providing a clearing house for activities that are presently taking place;
  • assessing potential areas of strength that might provide bases for multidisciplinary centers;
  • explore possibilities for cooperation with neighboring institutions and for attracting outside funding
