HOW CAN THE OMBUDSPERSON HELP YOU
You can contact the Ombudsperson as a first step or as a last resort – feel free to access Ombuds services at any point during a conflict or if you just need a sounding board. The Ombudsperson can listen, help you brainstorm next steps, and suggest other resources that might be helpful. Your conversation is “off the record,” unless there is a risk of danger to yourself or others, or a suspicion of child abuse or abuse of a vulnerable adult.
