Paul Jackson, CSCS, NASM-CPT

Position: Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Alma Mater: Montclair State University
Hometown: White Plains, NY

Paul Jackson enters his 2nd year as a member of the LSU strength and conditioning staff. In May of 2008 he was promoted up from a Graduate Assistant to his current position as an Assistant. He serves as the head strength coach for Women's Volleyball and Men’s Golf.

Prior to joining LSU Jackson served as Performance Enhancement Specialist at the Parisi Speed School in Garwood, New Jersey. Before working at Parisi Speed School, Jackson interned with the New York Giant football team and was responsible for designing and implementing off-season workouts.

Jackson received his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Montclair State in 2006. Jackson was also a standout linebacker at Montclair State where he was awarded the prestigious Fred Hill hustle award as well as Academic All-New Jerseys Athletic Conference.
